Federal Reserve discount rate

учетная ставка Федеральной резервной системы
Процентная ставка, по которой федеральные резервные окружные банки напрямую кредитуют банки-члены Федеральной резервной системы. Ставка устанавливается Советом управляющих Федеральной резервной системы и меняется по его усмотрению, она является средством проведения определенной кредитно-денежной политики.
